Package: netbase
Version: 5.0
Severity: critical
Tags: ipv6
Justification: breaks the whole system

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrade to netbase 5.0 from 4.47 all entries in /etc/network/interfaces
except for eth0 ipv4 and lo0 ipv4 are completely ignored. No virtual
interfaces or ipv6 addresses are set at all.

Previous report of this affecting only ipv6 can be scrapped, it affects every
interface not being eth0 of lo0. (or every main interface, I only have 1, so
I can't test this.

Holding this package in 4.xx is the only option, reverting back to 4.47 isn't
an option when you don't have the file anymore, reverting back to netbase 4.45
won't solve this.

Work around installed here, manual startup script with the ifconfig options
until this is sorted out or the new and badly or even not documented location
for the configuration is found.
