This would be confusing for the user, because w3-dtd-mathml is mainly XML (that's why the contents are under /usr/share/xml), possibly with SGML compatibility, while the name of w3c-sgml-lib suggests that it's about SGML only. A name w3c-xml-sgml-lib might be better.
