It means I think that it can be redistibuted if unmodified. However the
copyight file does not make it clear.
Also I have no idea how you fix snapshot. I'm only trying to fix
unstable. 5.5.23-1 (experimental) will have the same issue. I doubt
anything else does but they need to be checked until the last one

You can't fix snapshot that way. And linking to a paste on the BTS is a
bad idea. It means your message is useless in a couple hours.
Also, it did not really answer my question. Do you know if mysql.info
is redistributable? I think the text you pasted suggested that, but I
am not sure.
