It means I think that it can be redistibuted if unmodified. However the copyight file does not make it clear.

Also I have no idea how you fix snapshot. I'm only trying to fix unstable. 5.5.23-1 (experimental) will have the same issue. I doubt anything else does but they need to be checked until the last one Norbert worked on/.

You can't fix snapshot that way.  And linking to a paste on the BTS is a
bad idea.  It means your message is useless in a couple hours.

Also, it did not really answer my question.  Do you know if mysql.info
is redistributable?  I think the text you pasted suggested that, but I
am not sure.
