package: maelstrom
version: 1.4.3-L3.0.6-10
severity: serious

Recently maelstrom moved from non-free to main. Unfortunately when a package makes such a move without a new "upstream" version the orig.tar.gz stays in non-free leaving an incomplete source package in main.

After asking in debian-ftp I have been told that the reccomended soloution to this is to upload a new upstream version. If there is not a true new upstream version ready for upload then a fake new upstream version (e.g. 1.4.3-L3.0.6+main ) should be created.
