Hi, I've downgraded accountservice and libaccountservice0. Now my sessions always start in fallback mode. If I then use
gnome-shell --replace The new shell comes up. I then see such logs/warnings/errors: > dl@haktar:~$ gnome-shell --replace & > [1] 4555 > dl@haktar:~$ > Fensterverwalter-Warnung:Log level 16: Unable to register authentication > agent: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: An authentication > agent already exists for the given subject > Fensterverwalter-Warnung:Log level 16: Error registering polkit > authentication agent: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: An > authentication agent already exists for the given subject (polkit-error-quark > 0) > > dl@haktar:~$ su > Passwort: > haktar:/home/dl# > (gnome-shell:4555): Clutter-CRITICAL **: clutter_actor_iter_next: assertion > `ri->age == ri->root->priv->age' failed > > (gnome-shell:4555): Clutter-CRITICAL **: clutter_actor_iter_next: assertion > `ri->age == ri->root->priv->age' failed > > (gnome-shell:4555): Clutter-CRITICAL **: clutter_actor_iter_next: assertion > `ri->age == ri->root->priv->age' failed > > (gnome-shell:4555): Clutter-CRITICAL **: clutter_actor_iter_next: assertion > `ri->age == ri->root->priv->age' failed > e-data-server-ui-Message: Unable to find password(s) in keyring (Keyring > reports: Keine passenden Ergebnisse) > Fensterverwalter-Warnung:Got a request to focus 0x2e00089 (dl@haktar:) with a > timestamp of 0. I don't have anything useful in .xsession-errors (except the above) nor my syslog nor daemon.log.
