Package: python-dolfin
Version: 1.0.0-4+b2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

Here's an example traceback when running the poisson equation demo.

$ python demo_poisson.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "demo_poisson.py", line 40, in <module>
    from dolfin import *
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/dolfin/__init__.py", line 23, in
<module>
    from dolfin.cppimports import *
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/dolfin/cppimports.py", line 4, in
<module>
    import dolfin.cpp as cpp
ImportError: No module named cpp

It seems that in the current (1.0.0-4+b2) version of python-dolfin, the
extension module cpp is somehow not built. You can, for example, compare the
size of the package files as seen in snapshot.debian.org

    python-dolfin_1.0.0-4+b1_amd64.deb
        Seen in debian on 2012-04-12 04:27:45 in /pool/main/d/dolfin.
        Size: 2068978

    python-dolfin_1.0.0-4+b2_amd64.deb
        Seen in debian on 2012-04-27 22:09:51 in /pool/main/d/dolfin.
        Size: 111986
