Unfortunately, there's a slight problem with this. php5 produces a php5-mysql binary package, and a mysql-5.5 package taking over libmysqlclient-dev hit unstable this morning. That means that php5-mysql will end up with a dependency on libmysqlclient18, which isn't in testing. php5-mysql appears to have a bunch of r-deps, so breaking it temporarily probably isn't the greatest plan either.
