May I ask where this condor user came from? According to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=621833#119 this could only happen when the condor user exists, but is not a system user. If that was the case, I'm not sure what the package should do. Failing like it did doesn't seem to be the worst of a possible scenarios.
