Mmm, really?

I've dropped sparc from the --with-atomic-primitives=no list, and it
builds fine, and OPA_USE_LOCK_BASED_PRIMITIVES does not seem to be
defined.

Sure, but that's not related with the actual bug here: mpich2 build
itself.
