Package: icu28
Severity: important

*** Please type your report below this line *** As previously
discussed, I will be uploading new packages for icu version 3.2 (or
whatever the latest version is when I do the upload) soon. You may
recall from bug 301316 that icu and icu28 both installed the icu-doc
package. An NMU was performed on icu that changed the name of th
epackage there to icu21-doc, but since we've already established that
icu28 will probably disappear after icu 3.2 is uploaded, I think the
right solution is for the icu28 package to rename its doc package. I
will reassign bug 301316 to the icu28 package as well. I'm planning
on changing the name back to icu-doc when I upload the g++-4 version
of icu 2.1 today. If you disagree with any of this, please let me
know. :-) (I wouldn't ordinarily just do something like this without
an acknowledgment, but we've discussed the icu vs. icu28 issue various
times and had pretty much established that icu28's reverse
dependencies could most likely be moved to icu 3.2. I will definitely
coordinate with you before uploading 3.2 to unstable. I will first be
preparing a release for experimental.) Thanks!
