Ok, time ran away. Here are instructions for making an s-p-u upload,
like I wish someone had provided for me my first time (I'm sending
these directly instead of filing a bug because I ran out of time):

 1. Take the source for yapra/0.1.2-4. Modify the changelog to say

        yapra (0.1.2-3+squeeze1) stable; urgency=low

so this version sorts between 0.1.2-3 and 0.1.2-4 and is targetted
    at squeeze.

 2. File a bug using "reportbug release.debian.org" describing the
proposed upload and attach a debdiff.

    Test.

 3. Once the release team gives aproval, upload as usual. Your
package will show up at [3].

Thanks, and sorry for the slow reply.

Jonathan
