Subject: insserv: update-rc.d is a dangling symlink
Package: insserv
Version: 1.14.0-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hello,

While trying to debug another issue on my system I had to install xorg-dev which brought libvirt-bin 0.9.11-2 which failed to configure because update-rc.d was missing (in fact, a dangling symlink to /usr/sbin/update-rc.d-insserv which is missing).

sysv-rc on my system is version 2.88dsf-22.1 which is >>2.87dsf-2, as the changelog mentions.
