Hi, I also hit this issue with the apache2 DSA and it's a bit sad to see that this bug has been known and fixed for almost a year, but has never been pushed to stable and is causing problems with another DSA now. As far as I understand the fix, unattended-upgrades will wrongly upgrade a package when the conffile that is changed is not the first conffile of a package. As this might happen again, can you please make sure that the next stable update will have a fixed package?
