Hi, I just fixed this bug in subversion for developers-reference while uploading new fixed version to archive for maint-guide.
I also tagged this as pending. Who will be uploading this package. There are so many open bug reports. There are 2 BTS reports with patch but their validity has some open questions. So I am not uploading this package yet.
