I was taking a look at your darcs repository and compared it with
what is currently available on the CTAN. Besides the addition
of .dtx/.ins files and some more scripts and text files, there
are some changes:

Now I would like to ask you the following questions:
- is the package usable as it is now, are these all the changes?
- what about an upload to CTAN? I can do that also for you if you
prefer!
- any plans for the near future? Because more sooner than later we
want to freeze the TL repository in preparation for the release TL 2012.
Please let me know what you think, I would greatly appreciate a simple
answer, the best would be of course:
