Hi Nobuhiro, yes -- it is somewhat "intended". Upstream does not have intent/time to support architectures than x86/linux. As was advised on debian-devel [1] I have just left it architecture 'any' so that anyone interested to port it to any other architecture would remain welcome to do so ;-)
thus feel welcome to clone this bugreport into one for a specific architecture (SH4? ;)) if you are interested in providing patch/support for it.
