No. .dpkg-meta.yml is a file produced by cme (Debian::Dpkg::Meta model [1]). The test is curently too strict: it does compare the list of found files while taking into account the order (which is irrelevant). As they is another too-strict-test problem detected by Perl smoke tests (with Perl 5.15), I'll fix this issue upstream.
