Package: libselinux1-dev Version: 2.1.9-3 Severity: grave In libselinux 2.1.9-3, you removed the "Provides: libselinux-dev" from libselinux1-dev. This may have been a mistake since it isn't explicitly mentioned in the changelog. At any rate the result is that libfuse-dev is now uninstallable in unstable, so I can no longer build grub2. Please restore this Provides as soon as possible.
(This could also be fixed by libfuse-dev depending on libselinux1-dev directly, so I've CCed the libfuse-dev maintainer; but it does seem a bit abrupt to yank the Provides out from under its feet without so much as a bug report.)
