No. Please don't abuse RC severities. > Debian Policy Violation: "swift" lacks a man page. Not all policy violations are release critical issues. Missing manual pages only violate a "should", which policy itself says range between "minor" and "important" severities. I'd argue this particular issue is "normal" at most, so setting it to that.
