The story is this:
Early versions of iceweasel 11 and 12 were using a new NSS (beta) API
that wasn't even in the NSS source tree, and that API changed during its
development, so what finally landed in NSS 3.13.2 is not what was
expected by iceweasel 11 and 12. Newer versions of iceweasel 11 and 12
switched to the final API, so they work fine.
Considering that iceweasel 11 and 12 are *experimental* packages, and
considering it's impossible to tell apt/dpkg that nss >= 3.13.2 breaks
11.0~ <= iceweasel < 11.0~b4 *and* 12.0~ <= iceweasel <
12.0~a2+20120224042008 (and even a single range is already impossible),
it was a deliberate choice to... not care.
Conclusion:
Upgrade to iceweasel 11.0~b4-1 or 12.0~a2+20120224042008-1.
