Package: gnome-scan Version: 0.6.2-1.1 Severity: serious Tags: upstream Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
Dear Maintainer, I'm about uploading (to experimental suite first) new babl (0.1.6) and gegl (0.1.8) libraries. I've tested the build process of dependent packages and gnome-scan seems to fails because of changes in upstream source code. Also the structure of the source has changed from older versions (e.g., modules have been splitted in different sub-directories). Actual upstream git repository[1] has a new maybe-devel release (0.7.2) that includes a fix[2] for this issue. It would be great if you could use this info to port a working fix on actual debian package... or even upgrade to the devel snapshot. Thanks for your time and efforts.
