Uh... severity grave would only be appropriate if the package didn't
ship a wordlist or did something else horrible, like containing only
klingon words. If we were to accept your logic, any bug in scowl at
all would be grave.

On to the bug: color, while certainly not the preferred spelling in
en_GB, is used occasionally,[1] so it's presence in the wordlist is
fairly reasonable. That said, it seems to me to be a bug for this word
to be present in the less-inclusive levels of wbrittish, as it's
certainly not as commonly used as say, "reprised". [And just to
address your other assertion:
% grep reprized /usr/share/dict/british-english || echo "no reprized"
no reprized
]
