Package: scribus-ng
Version: 1.4.0.dfsg~rc2-1.1
Severity: serious
Justification: policy ยง2.2.1

Dear Maintainer,

The scribus-ng package declares a "Recommends" relationship on the non-free
icc-profiles package. This is forbidden by policy (section 2.2.1).

I guess this relationship should be downgraded to a "Suggests".
