There seems not to be a working implementation of bluetooth in KDE 4.
You can access bluetooth devices in console mode.

This problem probably won't be fixed. kdebluetooth is replaced with bluedevil which's deeply integrated into KDE.

So kdebluetooth does not seven see your device? Or is it that you can't do some functions which it?
