Sorry, I forgot to push the tag, it's there now. You can get the .orig.tar.gz at http://lyre.mit.edu/~powell/deal.ii/ Feel free to complete the PETSc/SLEPc 3.2 port and upload, it won't affect the PETSc HDF5 etc. transition because deal.ii is not in testing right now.
