Hi,
after some upgrades network-manager "lost" my
Network controller : Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 4965 AG or AGN
[Kedron]
It is working using (sigh!) Windows Vista. So, it is not an hardware
problem.
I think that it depends on kenrnel upgrade because I can not up the
controller using the shell command "ifconfig up wlan0".
My computer is a notebook ACER TRavelmate 6292.
Please, ask me if necessary.
Thanks
Marco Righi

This is not a bug in kernel-package, which is a tool used to create
custom Linux kernel packages.

This is not grave, because it won't affect most users.

Most likely you have not installed the firmware for this hardware
(firmware-iwlwifi).

If you still have this problem with the firmware installed, run
'reportbug linux-image-2.6.32-5-686' to make a proper bug report.
