Good point. And since no hotplug events are generated, I cannot wait for
them asyncronously.

No, this should not happen but when used this way modprobe does not use
the blacklists.

So looks like my approach was not useful after all. I think I will just
force loading mousedev and evdev at boot time until there will be a
fixed kernel in Debian.
