There is something wrong with the armhf build. The call to create_db is not
successful and stops the build:

I have requested that build-dependencies are installed on the armhf porterbox
(harris) and will try to investigate what happens.
Last build of 2.5.1 succeeded, and the diff between build logs doesn't show
something obvious.

A bug in libicu (#653457) was the reason for many packages failing to
build on armhf for for non-obvious reasons. Now that libicu is fixed,
all those packages build fine, and firebird2.5 was one of the victims
as well. It has now built fine on armhf, so closing this bug.
