gobject-introspection/libgirepository-1.0-1 1.30-1 added a Breaks: to
pygobject earlier than 2.90, and thus will make sure that you don't
mix an earlier g-i with newer pygobject (which would cause this
failure).

Yes, in the sense of that this disallows invalid package version
combinations.

I now updated the "fixed" version of this bug to the first unstable
upload of pygobject, to un-confuse the version tracking.
