The full build log is available from:
http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2011/08/22/xymon_4.3.0~beta2.dfsg-9_lsid64.buildlog
A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at
http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute!
About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 50 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, using a clean chroot. Internet was not
accessible from the build systems.

Yeah, that's when I committed the fix for it in the git repo. The next
upload will no more have this issue.
We though have not yet fixed problems with packaging a new upstream
version which is why there's no new upload from the maintainers yet. I
hope to get some work done at that point over the remaining season's
holidays.
OTOH this issue obviously has been fixed by Gregor Herrmann's NMU a few
days ago:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/x/xymon/news/20111227T160338Z.html
So I'm closing this bug report now and set the fixed version to
Gregor's NMU
Regards, Axel
