Boost version 1.48 contains a restructured Boost.Pool that no longer provides the above header. This is an upstream bug, since this header was never intended as a public interface.
I can't find any other similar header in the current boost, so my best suggestion at the moment is to copy the Boost 1.46.1 version of pool/detail/singleton.hpp and incorporate it directly into Simgear. Regards, -Steve
