There is something clearly wrong on your system. You should have
libnss3-1d 3.13.1.
Except it breaks pidgin-sipe that i'm forced to use for internal IM.
I can upgrade it to see if it fixe the bug but then I have a problem
with IM which is even worse for me. see #642199
