Justification: renders package unusable
Update from sympa sympa_5.3.4-6.1 to 6.1.7 fails.
I get many "DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR: relation "conf_table" does not
exist at /usr/share/sympa/lib/Conf.pm line 668." errors.
If i manually try to run "sympa.pl --upgrade" i get the same problem
("conf_table" does not exist errors).
