Package: vice
Version: 2.3.dfsg-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

When installing the vice package on Debian Testing (Wheezy) I receive an
"Illegal Instruction" error on startup of any of its executables.
It appears the software has been compiled the software for a higher CPU
(breaking backward capatibility). I have a Pentium III (Coppermine) CPU with
MMX and SSE on a Dell Optiplex GX110.
