They wouldn't be configured *without* the script. They'd be configured
by an up-to-date version of the script, from its own git repository.
Preferably shipped in its own package, which both vpnc and openconnect
packages can depend on.

Note: That "fuzz" you speak of when applying the patch... that's due to
the rest of the fixes to vpnc-script since it was imported into its own
git repo, surely?
