I can't reproduce this. If LD_LIBRARY_PATH contains
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/nss, then both libnss3-1d from testing
and from sid allow chromium to misbehave as described in bug#647992.
And on the other hand if LD_LIBRARY_PATH does not contain that
directory, then chromium 14 writes

[3:3:599417601111:ERROR:nss_util.cc(397)] Error initializing NSS without a
persistent database: libsoftokn3.so: cannot open shared object file: Permission
denied

, does not find the NSS modules at all, and works fine. What am I
missing?
