Package: veusz Version: 1.10-2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Hi! The new release of python-qt4 (4.8.6) appears to be binary-incompatible with the C python modules shipped with veusz: $ veusz Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/veusz", line 25, in <module> import veusz.veusz_main File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/veusz/veusz_main.py", line 44, in <module> import veusz.utils as utils File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/veusz/utils/__init__.py", line 29, in <module> from points import * File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/veusz/utils/points.py", line 29, in <module> from veusz.helpers.qtloops import plotPathsToPainter RuntimeError: the PyQt4.QtCore module is version 1 but the qtloops module requires version -1 A rebuild (and probably a tighter dependency on python-qt4) seems to fix the problem.
