Unchecked correct paramaters are passed in /etc/init.d/postgresql * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Scriptbased fresh installation on as SID/WHEEZY system after pruge and delete with "rm -r /etc/postgres*" * What was the outcome of this action?
