reassign 638122 ftp.debian.org retitle 638122 RM: service-discovery-applet; dead upstream, blocks GNOME3 transition
service-discover-applet hasn't been ported to GNOME3, and is currently unusable with the new interfaces. None of the past Debian maintainers seem to be interested in porting the applet themselves, so we've agreed to remove it from Debian entirely.
