As it was, the BTS was puzzled because it was fixed by a package that is
not part of src:rtorrent. So, the bug was still marked as affecting
unstable, even if it was closed with a fixed version of libtorrent. That
situation prevents migration of rtorrent to testing.

You have two solutions:
1) reassing the bug and put a closes statement in libtorrent
2) put a fixed version for that bug.

I should have done #2, but forgot to add the fixed statement.

In this case, I think it is rtorrent's fault… so we should not reassign
the bug, imho, since rtorrent wasn't built in a clean chroot. (which is
not libtorrent's fault).

Could you take care of setting "bts fixed 644031 0.8.9-2"?
