But most packages won't fail on upgrade:
You also changed the fonts install directory, and therefore in most
cases the two packages did not have any common files.
The khmeros packages are actually a special case due to
/etc/fonts/conf.d/65-khmer.conf

This also forces the upgrade of the ttf-arabeyes package, so that a user
