This shouldn't be necessary, as tangerine has code to figure out how to
use plugins/.

I can't reproduce this, so please attach some information to help us get
a better idea of what's going on:

  - Full output of running MONO_LOG_LEVEL=debug tangerine
  - Contents of /usr/lib/tangerine/plugins/Session.dll.config
