This bug does not occur on my system with sid. I seems only a bug when you use dmraid on your system but does not have kpartx installed on it. Dracut only needs kpartx if the dracut module script 90dmraid/module-setup.sh detects dmraid on the root device. The same applies for the packages dmraid and partx. IMO therefore the dracut package should not depend on kpartx, since it would cause packages installed on a system which are not really needed.
