Justification: renders package unusable
If libreoffice-report-builder is not installed, I can create "Berichte" with
"Bericht unter Verwendung des Assistenten erstellen." "Bericht in
Entwurfsansicht erstellen..." is not shown.
If I installed the libreoffice-report-builder and checked the "Extension
Manager the Report Builder" is available also in Options Java is availabe (Sun
Microsystem Inc. 1.6.0_26) and selected after restart of Libreoffice I can see
in "Berichte" both "Aufgaben"
"Bericht in Entwurfsansicht erstellen..."
"Bericht unter Verwendung des Assistenten erstellen."
Now if I try to use "Bericht in Entwurfsansicht erstellen..." libreoffice don't
do anything shown. No new window will open also no messages will shown on the
console I've started libreoffice.
If I use instead "Bericht unter Verwendung des Assistenten erstellen." it is
not further working. No new window will open also the Assistent will not shown.
But on console I get the message
java.lang.NullPointerException: Report Definition is not already initialized,
check if you too early access the report definition.

Allready created "Berichte" before installing the libreoffice-report-builder
had to been created are not affected so they can still used to create an e.g
dynamic report.
In this case the report builder is completely unusuable.
If I remove the package libreoffice-report-builder with apt-get remove and
restart the libreoffice, new "Berichte" aka Reports can be created again with
"Bericht unter Verwendung des Assistenten erstellen."
"Bericht in Entwurfsansicht erstellen..." is still shown but is not usuable
because no window will open.
