Has anything changed since your previous mail?  You expressed doubts
about the licenses, and those doubts seem quite reasonable given that
the only actual license available for at least one of the files
explicitly does not permit modification, or inclusion in a game.  The
data in the AUTHORS file does not give any actual license ("free to use,
modify, and redistribute" by itself doesn't really look like a license,
just an attempted summary of one).  Listing the author data in the
copyright file seems like a good idea, but I don't think it addresses
this bug.
