Package: mondo
Version: 2.04-6

I've made a few more experiments with mindi :

I tried to downgrade mondo, mindi, mindi-busybox (back to sarge versions) and
syslinux (even back to woody...) and the problem remained !

So, I tried the other way : I started with a pure sarge, upgraded mindi,
mindi-busybox and syslinux up to the latest versions, and made mindi
test-CDs. It always worked perfectly.

Then I upgraded the libc6, which I suspected more and more . And this is what
breaks everything, I get the bug we described. (tested with libc6_2.3.5-6)

 To reproduce the bug :

# mindi
Answer the questions :
(don't use your own kernel - mindi will use the FAILSAFE kernel)
(don't use lilo)
(create a boot CD)
Burn the iso (/root/images/mindi/mindi.iso)
Boot the CD.

Conclusion :
- all versions of mindi, busybox and syslinux I tried work with
libc6_2.3.2_ds1 (sarge)
- whatever the versions of mindi, busybox and syslinux, it doesn't work with
the libc6_2.3.5-6 (testing)

Should we then reassign the bug to libc6 ? I still find that the bug in
busybox (#329406) looks a lot like what we get, though our problem doesn't
seem to depend on the version of busybox (and the patch for it didn't work
for me), but on libc6...
