Considered making one myself, but, meh, why…
Yes I’m aware that the pcc package does not yet work
on a multiarsch’d Debian. I’m trying to figure out how
to best achieve some of the things pcc can do together
with it, but I find the current implementation of it
still lacking.
Note that pcc is in experimental.
Anyway, I’ll work on it someday of course.

In traditional syntax ' is ignored, but in c99 everything between two ' is
handled as character constant. Therefore you cannot use ' in a preproces-
sing file in c99 mode. -- Ragge
No faith left in ISO C99, undefined behaviour, etc.
