python-qwt5-qt4 is currently broken and not expected to be fixed anytime soon. The following packages have unmet dependencies: python-qt4: Breaks: python-qwt5-qt4 (< 5.2.1~cvs20091107+dfsg-6) but 5.2.1~cvs20091107+dfsg-5 is to be installed. python-sip: Breaks: python-qwt5-qt4 (< 5.2.1~cvs20091107+dfsg-6~) but 5.2.1~cvs20091107+dfsg-5 is to be installed.
