dbi drivers seems to be broken, reassigning to libdbd-sqlite3. The
problem seems to be that it is built against different libdbi than is
used in runtime, what fails, however it has no dependencies to libdbi
to prevent this.
On the other side Gammu should be rebuilt with new libdbi, what will be
done with next upload.
