The nice part being that this should have been fixed in 0.4.14, and
the global variable was added, but the call was not adjusted.

I have committed a fix into the repository to change the relevant
Breaks: debsecan (<< 0.4.14)
to
Breaks: debsecan (<< 0.4.15)
I have retitled the bug report to be more specific and marked
the bug as found in 0.8.0~exp1, as that's more correct from
a historical point of view.
